This is a beautifully modern, stylish, elegant five bedroom villa, newly built in 2017 nestled in the heart of the mountains in Ibiza, close to San Jose village. Designed by the award-winning architect Jano Blanco, the villa boasts 550 m2 of space all built on one level set on 20,000 m2 of land and offers the perfect place to catch breath-taking sea views, sunrises and sunsets.

 

For those who want total relaxation, it offers privacy and seclusion, but as it is situated close to Carretera de Sant Josep it is only a 10 minute drive from the airport and some of Ibiza's best beaches, clubs, restaurants and bars are all easily accessible, it is also within walking distance from San Jose village and restaurants.

 

The wonderful Mediterranean weather can be enjoyed by the large infinity pool (20 metres long) where you can relax on the spacious sun terrace and appreciate the magnificent uninterrupted countryside, sea and sunset views.

There is a large outdoor dining area seating 10 people, a spacious chill-out area beside the pool as well as a comfortable outdoor seating area by the outdoor dining table and a roof terrace.

Private gates lead to a car parking area large enough for several cars.

 

The house has been expertly styled and furnished by the world famous interior designer Jose Antonio Flores.

All the latest state of the art equipment and facilities have been installed - including kitchen equipment, security equipment and laundry/cleaning facilities. The living area has huge floor to ceiling sliding doors, where the views as you are relaxing on the luxuriously comfortable sofas are simply breath-taking.

The dining area seats 10 people and is open-plan with the lounge area and state of the art fully equipped kitchen.

The whole house boasts the latest technology in air conditioning and heating; there is a Paradox Security system, a home theatre entertainment system indoors and outdoors and there is free high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi access.

 

The separate staff quarters are set back from the house but within the grounds.

Local information:

San Jose is a charming village in the west of Ibiza, in the foothills of Sa Talaia, the highest mountain on the island at 475 meters. San José is the 'capital' of the homonymous area and boasts some excellent restaurants, shops and bars. The main street is dominated by an impressive church where you can enjoy the shade of the courtyard trees in hot noon.

 

Although famous with expats, this Ibizan village has managed to maintain its traditional character. Life here happens at a much slower pace than in the larger resorts. This pretty whitewashed village is far removed from the world-famous party scene hot spots of the island. Sant Jose has an easy-going and friendly atmosphere with some excellent bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a relaxed and delicious meal and soak up the charming local character of the town.

 

The village is small and very cosy. You will not find many new constructions here and this is one of the reasons this place has maintained its authenticity. 

 San Jose offers a great shopping experience as well; you can find all sorts of products, from local handmade goods, fashion and antiques.
