Finca Bea Ibiza is a stunning, stylish, spacious villa with views, located 9 km north from Ibiza Town, located in a peaceful residential area of San Rafael. The 200 m2 one-level-villa with alarm system is built on a spacious, 3000m2 garden surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and beautiful mountain views.

Finca Bea is well located with handy access to the main road, the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility without being far from the most exclusive beaches such as Talamanca beach, Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Playa d'en Bossa, Las Salinas and the beautiful old town of Dalt Vila, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops or San Antonio home to some of Ibiza’s best restaurants and clubs

The Finca consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, cosy sofa, TV, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped, open plan, stylish kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher) with a dining area. There are laundry facilities (washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board) available for use in the villa. A mezzanine covered terrace area, accessed via the kitchen, provides extra external space for relaxing and dining.

Two double bedrooms and two twin rooms, provide comfortable guest accommodation making this Ibizan villa a great choice for families.

Outside you can enjoy a private, very well maintained garden with sunny and shady areas, an inviting large L shaped swimming pool 10m x 6m with two depths – a deeper one for swimming and a shallower area perfect for toddlers and young children and the surrounded by sun beds and sunshades. On the terrace, you can relax in the hot-tub. Doors lead inside from the wide shaded terrace next to the house. There is also a shower by the pool area for your comfort.

Adjacent to the indoor living room there is a covered porch with dining and chill-out area where you can enjoy some tapas with a refreshing cocktail admiring the magnificent views. You can also take advantage of the BBQ and prepare delicious meals to enjoy outdoors.

Local information:

San Rafael is a village in Ibiza, located off the main road which connects Ibiza Town and San Antonio, the cradle of the vibrant nightlife scene of the island. San Rafael itself includes its fair share of nightlife venues with two of the most famous clubs of Ibiza, Privilege, and Amnesia giving a special vibe to its otherwise tranquil character. Being primly located within a ten minutes’ drive from Ibiza town, it offers the endless options of the most lively part of the island and at the same time a more low profile place to relax.

A typically quiet village, San Rafael is dominated by a late 18th Century church which is really worth a bit of your time even if you visit it for its view. The church opens up to splendid vistas all the way down to Ibiza town where you can see the castle and the harbour with its sparkling yachts.

San Rafael will surprise you with its great restaurants, including the well-known Ca'n Pilot, which specialises in grilled meats, and it is popular with the local inhabitants as well as with tourists.

San Rafael is mostly famous for its pottery workshops and it has been declared the only artisan zone in Ibiza because of the traditional pottery shops there.
