On the ground floor is a large family kitchen with fireplace, with two fridges dishwasher and a cooker with its fireplace and its large refectory table and with comfy seating area and doors to the courtyard and terrace. A small living room with TV and a further larger TV living room which opens onto the terrace, There is also- a beautiful vaulted dining room.

In the extension is the entrance hall with guests cloakroom and a double bedroom Queen size bed 160cm bed with bathroom with shower & bath, double basin & WC walk-in wardrobe.

On the first floor there are three double King size bedroom 180cm bedrooms one with shower room and WC and the other with shower, bath, double basin walk-in wardrobe and small seating area with fireplace with a comfortable sofa bed for an extra person and the third with shower & bath 

 

An external staircase leads to the last two connected bedrooms. Ideal for a family group  both with King size  180cm beds, sharing a shower room

 

The Mas Fanette is set in 3 hectares of land planted up with Olive trees, Cypress, Mulberry Plane trees, Laurels, Boxwoods, Roses and Fruit Trees and  lawn area. The inner courtyard with a fountain and seating area

The heated swimming pool 11m x 6m meters secured by a rolling shutter. Stoned Pool-House, with barbecue, small fridge and a large table and chairs to dine out al fresco. There is a solar shower, separate WC & a hand basin. Grassed areas and parking areas at the entrance to the property. There are numerous spaces to enjoy the different time of day. A pergola covered in eatable vines, a large forged iron table and chairs. 

 

Mas Fanette is ideally located to visit the region surrounded by some of the most stunning villages in the Luberon such as Cabrières d'Avignon with an excellent restaurant with an enclosed garden, “Le Vieux Bistrot”, which was famously mentioned by author Peter Mayle. There is a bakery, a renowned butcher and a small grocer’s, where you can even find some UK and US newspapers (visit them early, there are only a few copies of each) There are several good restaurants within 2/3 km from the Mas

In nearby Coustellet there is an excellent market for fruits, vegetables, flowers, wine etc. on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Coustellet also has a Supermarket and numerous small shops.

Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Fontaines de Vaucluse, also the pretty village of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its canals, narrow streets and antiques market all within 15 to 20 km, it is a must to visit.

For a change of pace, the wonderfully vibrant and historic town of Avignon, with its magnificent Palais du Papes, is one of the architectural wonders of France is just 30 kilometres away and would make an ideal day trip.
