Villa Aragosta boasts the fantastic setting of Porto Rotondo, one of the most elegant and glamorous place in Costa Smeralda. The Villa features both seclusion and privacy while enjoying beautiful views of the sea and landscape.

Located on the most beautiful  part of the coast, Villa Aragosta has a private pier where you can swim or dock the tender of your boat and get directly on board. The villa also features a fabulous infinity pool (filled with salted water) with a Jacuzzi corner with several solarium areas.

Within a few minute walk you will reach Porto Rotondo town with the Marina, shops, restaurants and bars. Modern designed architecture is the main character while furnishings reflects the tradition of the place where it is located, the peaceful environment, the gardens and terraces overlooking the sea also offer a place where to relax with friends and family under the sun.

This semi-detached villa is right above the sea, overlooking the splendid gulf of Porto Rotondo. It has sunny and shady terraces with swimming pool, equipped with whirlpool, with dressing area and bathroom, several solarium areas and outdoor areas to relax, two outdoor dining areas, an indoor dining area.

The villa develops on two levels, the first entry level with living area, equipped with sofas, TV, fireplace, armchairs, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, opening on to the outdoor terraces with sofas and dining table.

The lower floor has a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with single bed with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed for two with en-suite bathroom, an independent bedroom with a private terrace, double bed with en-suite bathroom.  There is also an annex with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which can be used by guests as a double bedroom and used by service people as a service room because it is independent of the villa.

Each bedroom is equipped with wardrobes, TV, air conditioning, private internal bathroom, chest of drawers. The first three bedrooms open onto a large terrace, the fourth bedroom has a private terrace while the fifth bedroom is located in the annex overlooking the garden.

The villa boasts several terraces and several gardens, with a few relaxing areas, swimming pool with whirlpool, private access to the sea, private pier where you can dive or access with small boats (yacht tender). 

If you wish to explore, there are other beaches and a golf course a short drive away.
