The terrace has lost of exterior comfy chairs and tables for dining al fresco with barbecue looking out towards the extensively planted garden with the heated 12 x5 m swimming pool and distant sea views. The villa consists of a large and bright living room with a fireplace, large sofas, armchairs and a television offering international channels and Sky TV. An office space is also present in the living room. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a beautiful terrace with a barbecue area and a dining area. The villa also includes a laundry room adjoining the garage.
There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The parental suite has a full bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and WC and opens onto a small private terrace. Most of the other bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace or the swimming pool, and share lovely bathrooms with baths, showers, washbasin and separate WC.
The private garden covers an area of 5000m² adorned with white "iceberg" roses and fruit trees. The heated 12x5 m swimming pool has wide stairs to access the water and a relaxation area with deck chairs to fully enjoy the sun. A pool house houses a sports area including a carpet and a flat screen. You will also appreciate the various outdoor spaces, such as the dining terrace, the summer lounge and the barbecue area.
St Tropez is just a 10 minutes drive, there are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.
Nearby there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle
