This magical resort has always been known for its rich Mediterranean vegetation, carefully treated ancient olive trees and vineyards, sandy and rocky beaches and coves. Situated in the immediate surroundings of the bay are numerous islands and islets that are just perfect for daily excursions by boat or yacht.

Villa Mar was built in 2019, it extends on 600m² of beautifully landscaped property. Villa consists of 3 floors, on the lower ground floor area with a swimming pool and gazebo, main ground floor, first floor and the second. Villa Mar has 4 bedrooms, 4 king-size beds, 4 bathrooms and 1 guest cloakroom with WC . The entire residence of Villa Mar is a suitable accommodation for 8 persons.

The combination of natural stone and modern architecture gives this magnificent building one truly special and unique atmosphere. The interior of the villa is designed very tastefully, framed by glass walls, which give the impression of an open space and create one warm and comfortable home atmosphere. The furniture selection perfectly blends with the environment of the villa, which is actually the basis of enjoying the sun, the sea and the surrounding stone and nature.

As you enter the gorgeous property from the seaside, a beautifully designed villa welcomes you. Here, you will experience the true Mediterranean feeling of living. Surrounded by typical beautiful Dalmatian greenery, you will feel as though you are in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Many wonderful and memorable moments on terrace with a beautiful swimming pool of 36m², furnished with outdoor seating for relaxing, can be spent in peace with your loved ones. Here you will also find a gazebo with dining area, ideal for dinners under the stars.

From pool area a few stone stairs lead to the ground floor of the villa, which is reserved exclusively for relaxation and dreams with four bedrooms, as well as gym for active sports and recreational fun. Each of bedrooms has a double king-size bed with a modern en-suite bathroom and terraces.

Internal stairs, passing the central part of the villa, connect ground to the first floor, where the part is intended for socialising. This floor contains a modernly equipped kitchen and a dining table for eight persons, a spacious area with a comfortable living room with a large sofa and LCD TV. The long terrace of the first floor offers a magnificent view of the romantic play of the horizon and sunset, while you are having dinner or enjoying a glass of wine. The top floor of the Villa Mer is a main entrance to villa from the covered parking place.

Town Trogir, or as many call it – “museum town” is located in the centre of Dalmatia. Its harbour is a favourite destination for boaters because of good position and natural protection. The town is famous for its numerous historical monuments, some of which are, old town core, fort Kamerlengo, St. Marko fortress, sculpture of the Blessed Ivan Orsini, St. Jeronim chapel, Cipico palace, renaissance church of St. John the Baptist, the portal of Radovan, museum... 20km from Trogir, in quiet and nice area is situated Vinisce - small fishing place, in a beautiful cove with crystal clear water. Vinisce is first mentioned in the documents of the Trogir Chapter in 1272, but the precise time of the foundation is not familiar. The place is famous for its small coves which contains beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, the most famous of which are Voluja, Ricevo, Vrelo, Stari Trogir and Sicenica. During summer, Vinisce organises countless festivities which offer homemade specialties, wine and pleasant music in the evening hours. Sports and active vacation fans can enjoy football, basketball, sailing, jet-ski and numerous other activities.
