Villa La Scala sprawls over three floors, ground floor, first and second floor, cascading into the environment, has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathroom and it is excellent accommodation for 10 persons. Villa has two separate living units, each with its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms, infinity swimming pool and an outdoor grill, and is ideal for family vacation of two or more groups.

The upper unit is divided in two floors which are connected with inner staircases and comprises three double en-suite bedrooms, one additional WC, infinity pool with big terrace and sea view. It also features large, sunny living area with fully equipped modern kitchen connected to the terrace with large sliding glass doors. There is also an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities perfect for an alfresco lunch or dinner under the stars.

The ground floor of the Villa La Scala, where the first residential unit is located, is reached by outdoor stairs. In this architectural beauty every detail is carefully planned. The terrace, with its own heated infinity swimming pool and dining area with barbecue, is ideal for enjoying the seafront view, early morning coffee or dinners under the starry Korcula sky. The glass walls connect the terrace with a living room, decorated with artwork and carefully selected sofas that guarantee maximum enjoyment. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms from which you can enjoy the magnificent view.

Korcula is considered as the pearl of the southern Dalmatia and offers to its visitors picturesque walled old town of Korcula, magnificent coastal panoramas, dreamlike fishing villages and idyllic coves. The sixth largest island in Croatia, Korcula is 32 kilometres long and rather narrow, between 6 and 8 kilometres wide on average. This island is known for its dense forest and the ancient Greeks called the island Black Korcula (Kerkyra melaina) for this reason. Away from the tourist-places on the coast of the island Korcula, in the island's interior one discovers a unique green landscape with panoramic views and hidden cultural treasure, which one can discover either on foot or by bicycle. The coast of the island of Korcula is very indented with a large number of bays and coves.

The main resorts are Korcula Town (people call it “Little Dubrovnik” because of its medieval squares, churches, palaces and houses), Vela Luka and Lumbarda.
