Luxury Villa Beba in Dubrovnik , named after its longtime owner, is located in the most elite residential area of Dubrovnik - Ploče, from where it offers an unforgettable view of the Old Town, the island Lokrum and the beach Banje. The history of the villa rises up to 17th century, since the first traces of existence exist, and all since 1708 is owned by the same family. Her greatest glory was owned by Mrs. Beba, once named the most beautiful woman of Dubrovnik, so now Villa is named after her.
In the post Villa Beba was famous for garden parties when the villa was visited by the famous contemporaries of that era. The new design and look of the villa was designed to restore the old glow, but with a modern and functional design and arrangement of space, as well as maintaining the connection with the history of the villa. Old pieces of old style furniture are restored, and in the long corridors are presented memories of the villa, porcelain and silverware, old photos and small details that marked the lifestyle of the 19th century and 20th century.
The three-story villa spread over 300m² and it is superbly structured and appointed for an inspiring vacation, with multiple terraces, a heated swimming pool, a gourmet kitchen, and a fabulous alfresco kitchen and dining area. Five spacious king bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms in Villa Beba accommodate families, destination wedding guests, and groups of friends up to ten.
On the ground floor stone archway leads into a furnished loggia - open living room with direct sea view, a living room with comfortable dining area with sea view. This open-concept space features a comfortable TV room, a circular dining table, and plentiful windows. Soothing white surfaces glow with Adriatic light and showcase the wonderful art collection. There is fully equipped kitchen with view on the main terrace, Old Town and Lokrum island.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has walk in closet, a bath and opens to a terrace. They all offer an en suite bathroom, a beautiful sea view and view on the old town and Lokrum island. Two master bedrooms (36 m² and 40 m²) are on the second floor and offer a walk in dressing, a bath and magnificent sea view and Old Town view. Unique touches of dazzling artistry include a lush blue tufted headboard and a fabulous wall painting of a seaside scene. The middle floor hallway displays Beba's vintage picture collection and antique artefacts which Beba's family kept in family heritage for centuries.
Villa Beba covers a rich exterior, hidden from any curious views, within the lovely surroundings of beautiful, Mediterranean style. Stunning exterior evoke the timeless charm of Dubrovnik, with beautiful masonry, native trees incorporated into the terraces, and panoramic views of the Old Town and Lokrum Island.
