Can Rochelle enjoys an elevated position
with several themed terraces leading directly to the sea. It is the only
property in the Mediterranean with a berth for yachts up to 25 metres and it is
only 45 minutes away by car from Palma and the airport.
The villa occupies one of the island‘s most
beautiful pieces of land. From the ancient, 1,000-year-old olive tree in the
atrium to the clear, modern lines of the villa, there is a striking visual
between the interior spaces and the exterior panoramas.
The villa offers more than 800 m2 of living
space over three floors with 6 en-suite double bedrooms.
Over three metres high and 25 metres long,
the glazed wall of the living/dining area can be lowered completely into the
ground at the touch of a button, creating an amazing transition into the
outdoor space.
In addition to an indoor lounge with pool table and bar with a stunning view of the bay, there is also a 3D cinema and a fitness room with sauna.

beautiful squares, bohemian neighbourhoods and markets where you can find all
kinds of treasures.

Housekeeping - once per day cleaning of the guest rooms and bathrooms in the morning. (The rooms has to be free before 11 o'clock.)
