The Villa is only 25 minutes from Marrakech and only 15 minutes from Royal Golf and Amelkis Golf Resort, on the road leading to the village of Sidi Abdallah Ghiat, Villa Oz is a beautiful luxury villa with staff.

Built on a landscaped garden of 12,000 square metres and offering a privileged view of the Atlas mountains, the main house is 450 square metres including a large reception opening onto the garden and heated pool, three suites with fireplace and ensuite bathroom.

A stones throw away, nestled in walls covered with bougainvillea, there are two pretty pavilions of sixty square metres. Each consists of a lounge, a large double bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and private terrace.

In the main house there is the reception, a living room with fireplace, a plasma TV, a Bose stereo hifi with stand iPhone-iPod, a library, fireplace and armchairs as in an English club and a dining table seating 10 guests.

The property also offers a spa area including a Hammam, a massage and treatment room and an ultra modern gym

The park is planted with dozens of huge palm trees, some being more than a century old. A stones throw away, nestled in walls covered with bougainvillea, there are two pretty pavilions of sixty square metres. There is security day and night and three gardeners and in the villa two maids and a cook. These 8 people perform a very discreet service.
