residential area of St Tropez in a quiet, private cul-de-sac, the other side of
the peninsula from the popular Pampelonne Beach, this magnificent villa is a
moment’s
stroll from the endearing waters of the picturesque Baie de Canebier.
The perfect bay to moor your boat and enjoy an enchanting stretch of beach with
its powdery sand and soothing umbrella pines.
The villa interiors
are light and spacious with polished floors, gleaming marble and Italian
stone, creating an elegant backdrop for the sophisticated lighting, bespoke
furnishings and original artwork which is featured throughout. Full-height,
sliding glass doors open from the living room and dining area onto a series of
furnished terraces overlooking the gardens and Bay des Canebiers. Adjacent to
dining area is a designed contemporary kitchen fully equipped with bar counter and
at the rear of the villa is an enclosed courtyard furnished with low-slung
sofas and romantically candle-lit as dusk falls.
The bedrooms consist of a master suite and
four double bedrooms all situated in the two-storey left wing of the property.
Beautifully decorated using luxurious fabrics in warm, neutral colours, all
rooms have stunning marble en-suite bathrooms, the master suite has two and
direct access onto the gardens or surrounding terraces.
Villa Canoubwest has a fully integrated
home entertainment system throughout, Lutron lighting system, underfloor
heating and reversible air-conditioning/heating system.
Outside there is 8,000m² of mature,
landscaped gardens and at the far end of the garden there is the 20-metre,
heated infinity pool with sun terrace, poolside dining and barbecue area.

There is a self-contained staff apartment, guest
laundry facilities and ample, private indoor and outdoor parking. There is a
full security system and an electric entrance gate.
The property is also just 10 minutes’ drive to glamorous St-Tropez Village, with its atmospheric “Vieux Port”, cobbled streets and abundance of shops, cafés and restaurants so it’s not possible to feel bored in this area. St Tropez’s with its many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife sports clubs and medieval towns to explore such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle.
The beach just a 5 minute walk from the Villa and a 15 minutes drive from the property with it’s golden sandy stretches of Pampelonne beach, with the numerous famous beach restaurants such as Club 55, Nikki Beach - Les Palmiers to name a few.
