Villa Pampelonne fully air-conditioned is a magnificent luxury contemporary villa, made of 300 sqm (3,230 sq.ft) of living space on 1,500 sqm (16,150 sq.ft) of property, on 3 levels, accommodating up to 12 guests, with 6 en-suite bedrooms, swimming pool, garden and a large living room and located a short walk from Pamplelonne beach and Club 55, and only 10 minutes away by car to St. Tropez.
The Villa is luminous, meticulously decorated with clean and pure modern architecture, with grandiose floor to
ceiling glass windows, elegant interiors with objects of desire, the living area is very spacious, bright, and comfortable, and opens
entirely onto the pool terrace and the outdoor dining area. The well fully equipped,
modern kitchen also opens to the pool terrace.
The 6 en-suite bedrooms, each bedroom has a king-size or queen-size bed, a dressing area, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower room. Three of the bedrooms offer patio views, while 2 bedrooms have pool views. One bedroom offers direct access to the pool.

the place . St Tropez only minutes away one can enjoy the famous Place de Lices
is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place lots on offer from fruit
and vegetables to cashmere and handbags.
If you feel like sitting down after all the shopping go and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”
If you just want to stay and enjoy the
villa with its pool drinking a glass of rose wine…… or stroll to the beach spot all the famous yachts in the bay..
