conditioning, with 6 bedrooms accommodating twelve guests in comfort.
The living/dining room has flat screen satellite TV, dining table,
fireplace, DVD player A fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring electric hob, oven,
coffee machine (espresso), microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination.
There are 3 double bedrooms or twin bedrooms all with TV
and access to the terrace, en-suite bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the
other with a bath and third with shower

This is a perfect villa for total relaxation, spend long
lazy days in the pool with the sounds of the waterfall to relax to, or perhaps
chill out in the jacuzzi. If you have a little more energy there is a swim
against current feature. For later on, enjoy games with the children on the
large flat lawn, table tennis and badminton available before soaking up the
sunshine on one of the loungers.
There is a summer kitchen with barbecue so you can grill
your favourite treats, or why not take advantage of nearby Val de Mougins.
Within approximately 20 minutes walk, find shops, restaurants and tennis -
leave the car behind and stroll to town for a great night out.
Other places to visit include Mougins, Cannes and beach, Valbonne and Grasse are all a short car journey away. Golf is possible within a few miles at Royal Mougins.
