This is a beautiful 18th century Manoir farmhouse once a thriving flower producer for the local perfume makers. The Maison Florale accommodation is spread over three floors and set in over four acres of gardens, with its own tennis court and heated pool, you would be forgiven for wanting to spend all your holiday within the confines of the villa, however it is also well located, being near impressive towns such as Grasse 5 km with its restaurants and shops nearby or Valbonne 10 km and Cannes is also only 16 km.

The villa itself is classically French Manoir but with all the mod cons with a new kitchen, partial air conditioning and Wi-Fi as standard.

On the ground floor there is a living room with French doors to the grounds. Dining room with French doors to the grounds & with the fully equiped Kitchen

On the first floor there is a Master double with air-conditioning & en-suite bathroom, and two twin/double with air-conditioning & en-suite bathrooms.

On the second floor there is a double bedroom with air-conditioning with en-suite bathroom and two further twin bedrooms with low eaves

Outside the is a terrace that runs for the length of the building with several outdoor dining areas, a barbecue and table tennis table. The grounds comprising mature trees olive, orange, lemon, fig, pine and cypress, shrubs, gardens and lawns. Sun and dining terraces. There is a fenced heated salt-water swimming pool 8.5m x 6.5m depth 1.8m throughout with Roman steps entrance. There is a hard surface tennis court, two fountains and parking for 5 cars plus garage space for one car.

This villa would be perfect for large family gatherings (there is something for everyone grandparents, parents, children and grand children to enjoy), large groups of friends or even a special celebration.

Once you've arrived, you will never want to leave, however there are plenty of things to discover in the region. Grasse, glamour’s Cannes, St Paul de Vence Antibes and Biot just to name a few, all have plenty to offer from art galleries, craft shops and cafes and restaurants and plenty more.

The beaches at Cannes beach or Theoule-sur-Mer are a short distance from the Manoir.

However if you are more adventurous on can explore the magnificent cities and villages of the Cote d’Azur, Eastwards to Nice and Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the West and Fayence and even St Tropez.
