Villa Praya Mer is located on Escalet Beach near Ramatuelle, with magnificent uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea, with a private path leading from the garden direct on to the beachfront. The villa surrounded by it’s manicured garden with a two level terrace that features a  heated pool on the lower level and a covered pergola terrace on the upper level with it’s al fresco dining facilities and its lovely lounging area.

The villa with its high ceilings, whitewashed walls and beams, stone floors, furnished in an elegant style, consist of an Entrance hall leading to the living room, open plan with dining room and kitchen, is comfortably furnished with a large sofa set around the fireplace, a large French window overlook the garden and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped

The four bedrooms are located on both the upper and lower floors. The first floor features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with ceiling fans. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower attachment and WC

On the lower floor garden level. Two bedrooms a double Queen size 160cm bed and one twin bedroom with 2 single beds. The double bedroom has air-conditioning, en suite shower, large basin and WC. The bedrooms are separated by a TV room, with air conditioning. There is a separate shower and separate WC on this floor.
