On the first floor there is a double bedrooms en-suite bedroom and the Master bedroom suite in the tower with dressing room & en-suite bathroom, a private terrace/balcony with sea views

 

On the garden level there are two further en-suite bedrooms as well as the games/entertainment room with a billiards table, football table, and bar area. Laundry room with washing Machine & Tumble dryer

 

This villa also comes with Wi-Fi, a gated entry, laundry area, a well-lit tennis court, Ping-Pong table, Pétanque/boule court, heliport, and complimentary welcome service.

 

Outdoors the Villa is surrounded by a magnificent park, the villa offers a heated mirrored 16 x 5m mirror swimming pool surrounded by teak deck & numerous sun loungers around the pool. Under the pergola, a large comfortable living room awaits you for moments of relaxation, as well as another living room in the shade of the trees and a dining area with a long table that can accommodate at least 16 guests. The property also has a tennis court lit at night, a pétanque court under the palm trees, a 22 x 36m football pitch and a helipad.The grounds feature as well a children’s playground with a trampoline. Villa offers ample parking with a covered area for up to 6 cars.


What luxury! not many places like this on with stunning views of the bay and walking distance to the St Tropez, so If you want action then this is the place. The famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place lots on offer from fruit and vegetables to cashmere and handbags.

If you feel like sitting down after all the shopping go and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people” If you just want to stay and enjoy the villa then or watch the sun go down in front of you over the bay drinking a glass of rose wine…… and spot all the famous yachts in the bay.. What a way to finish the day!!!!
