Consisting of 2 separate buildings with a total of 8 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, this property has 2 fully equipped kitchens, extremely generous living space and is set within beautiful and well maintained tropical gardens. The typical Ibizan architecture is combined with Moroccan elements that make it a truly charming property.

The extensive outdoor area includes several terraces on 2 levels, a large 16m x 5m swimming pool with diving-board, barbecue, fish-pond and several chill-out areas enabling guests to totally relax.

A highlight is the unique domed ceiling, Moroccan style pool house with music system and bathroom facilities - perfect for private parties. There is also a Bali House to escape the midday sun.

Through the garden gate is the coastal path with steps down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a 5 minutes walk along the coast where you will find a choice of bars and restaurants. The gardens include palm trees, fruit trees and a large grass lawn with colourful flowers and cactus plants.

A covered area with table tennis and table football is situated next to the Moroccan pool house. A large Argentinian style BBQ is situated alongside the main terrace.

The villa is an ideal location for events, weddings, yoga retreats and business meetings due to the layout and the independent entrances to guest rooms away from the main house.
