This beautiful villa is located in the Jardins de la Palmeraie private estate a few tens of meters from the Golf de la Palmeraie.

It is in the heart of a very large private garden covered with beautiful palm trees and it offers a private pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms with bathroom and an attractive oriental and modern decoration. It is an ideal place to spend a quiet and comfortable holiday in Marrakech near the city center which is 10 minutes by car.
The house consist of 3 floors, on the ground floor there is a large living room and a dining room with sliding windows giving access to the garden and beyond to the pool. There is also a separate TV lounge with a fireplace and guest cloakroom with WC.

On the underground floor is the fully equipped kitchen in which Farida prepares delicious Moroccan meals.

On the 1st floor there is a small reading room with a mezzanine overlooking the TV lounge. There is also a bedroom & on the 2nd floor are the other three bedrooms.

The house is surrounded by a large private garden. The 15 meters pool enjoys plenty of sun and 6 sun-beds are laid out for your comfort with umbrellas. A Berber style tent located at the end of the pool provides a nice shaded space.You can enjoy lunch or dinner al-fresco by the pool or on the terrace by the living room.

A cook is available until 5 pm to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. If you want his service to last until dinner time, a supplement will be required. A housekeeper is also present and will discreetly sleep in the staff accommodation on the underground floor. A versatile gardener does gardening, barbecuing, lighting fire in the fireplace, providing house maintenance is also on hand during the day to allow you to enjoy your holidays without any effort.
