Dar Aouzal is a charming courtyard house with lovely swimming pool in the heart of Dar el Bacha quarter in Marrakech medina, 2 suites (4 adults, 4 children or 5-6 adults), an annex adaptable into a single room, roof top terrace, pergola uv-screen and house staff.

This charming courtyard house is a real oasis of nature and calm in the heart of the Dar el Bacha district in the medina of Marrakech. The house is a traditional Riad which has 2 beautiful suites offering 2 bedrooms each and a spa annexe that can be used as an extra room. It can accommodate a total of 8 people (ideally 4 adults and 4 children). There is a beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard.

The owners of the Riad are committed to protecting the environment and biodiversity on a daily basis. With the help of an ornithologist and a botanist, they improve the protection of birds and reintroduce new plant species.

On the ground floor, around the courtyard are a kitchen, the living room and the dining room as well as the master suite (1 additional bed possible) with private bathroom.
A staircase leads upstairs where the second suite is located and spreading over 2 communicating rooms (the bedroom and the living room). The living room of the suite has 2 additional beds for children and is leading to the bathroom.

A third single bedroom is available on request (with en-suite shower room).

On the ground floor, the large courtyard with lots of trees and flowers accommodates a swimming pool 7x3m - 1.60m deep & can be heated in the winter and a pretty bhou Moroccan outdoor lounge for lounging while listening to birdsong. The pool is heated from November to April by solar panels 27°c.

The roof terrace enjoys absolute sunshine and lovely views over the rooftops of the Medina and the Atlas. A covered terrace is available for meals and a second terrace welcomes you for sunbathing.

The Riad has staff of 2 people take care of the Riad including Djemila an excellent cook who prepares meals and dedicated concierge.

The Riad is located in the Medina is close to the Djama el Fnaa square  & 30 sec. shops and restaurants, 2 min. from the souk, 7 min. from Djema el Fnaa, 10 min. conventional supermarkets.

Note: The swimming pool is heated from November to April & the Riad is equipped with a very good Wi-Fi optic fiber system

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom suite with King size 180cm bed & a single bed 90 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower & WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area. Direct access to the courtyard

First Floor;
Bedroom 2: Two bedrooms, one with Queen size 160cm bed & 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed on request. Bathroom en-suite, shared, with bath with shower head, shower & WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: Single bed 90cm with bathroom en-suite, with shower. WC in the bathroom

Note : On the first floor, an annex is dedicated to massages, with a private and intimate terrace. This annex can be converted into a single room (see description of bedroom 3) with a bed 90cm, a shower and WC. It can also be converted into a double room King size bed
The large sofa in the large living room can be used as a comfortable double bed.
