The property is set on a 3 hectare plot surrounded by lush greenery, cacti, oak, olive and palm trees carefully planted in an impressively landscaped garden brimming with flowers. This is the perfect setting for unforgettable family holidays and guests will not want to leave at the end of their stay!

 

The drive leads onto a beautiful cobblestone entrance with a fountain, wisteria plants and a majestic jasmine covered front door. The hallway opens onto a grand living room boasting a beautiful feature double staircase, four sofas, comfortable chairs and a fireplace. The large French windows and high ceilings give a real sense of space and offers grand views of the gardens and the Mediterranean.  The dining room leads from the lounge into a large fully equipped, chefs kitchen with a professional steam and conventional oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas rings as well as an indoor grill, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. The living room & dining rooms open onto the terrace with a covered al-fresco dining area comfortably seating for 12 guests. You can cook entirely outdoors on the outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, sink and stone worktops. Enjoy an aperitif on the large summer lounge space under the wisteria canopy overlooking the sea and the Pampelonne beaches.

 

The house has 6 sumptuous bedrooms 5 guests rooms in one wing next to a lily pond and glass corridor, all with en-suite bathrooms with either shower enclosure or baths, fitted wardrobes and A/C. The master bedroom is next to the study with a full en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, walk-in dressing and private terrace in a secluded area of the garden with lemon trees to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.
There is also a TV room with a large sofa, a library and a laundry room.

 

The outdoors offers many areas to enjoy either the view, a nap, a book or take in the sun rays. There are 2 nooks covered with greenery, a water feature, a cactus garden, a summer lounge, a shaded lounge by the pool among rocks and cushions, a summer kitchen with a sitting area, as well as a gym with cardio-training equipment.
