Beautiful 16th century Château Louy is a superb property located in the heart of the Loire Valley near Coteaux sur Loire. The estate has 12 bedrooms, with large grounds, garden, terraces, heated pool and pool house. 

It represents an exceptional location for all lovers of heritage, open spaces, wine and gastronomy. This former fortified farm, transformed into a manor house before becoming a castle during the 16th century, is an incredible place to stay with family or friends, surrounded by the most pleasant surroundings.

In the heart of this 16th century building, 12 rooms are fitted out in a contemporary and refined style that enhances the soul of the place. This relaxing estate includes a Château, two Annex/ Gîtes and a Studio.

The Château can be rented either with 12 bedrooms or 8 bedrooms (price is shown for 8 bedrooms)

Outside the Château's vineyard covers 29 hectares in the heart of the Bourgueil AOC. Its vines are entirely organic and it is certified HVE (High Environmental Value), a label based on environmental performance indicators.

The estate has a large wooded park of 1.5 hectares. You can therefore enjoy the benefits of the outdoors.
You will also appreciate the 100 m2 pool 20 x 5m - depth from 30 to 160cm, which is heated to 28° from May to September, as well as the pool house with a WC, outdoor shower and indoor shower and a barbecue.
