Beautiful villa in by the vineyards of Minuty near Saint Tropez, 6 bedrooms (+2 additional staff room), heated pool.
This beautiful Provencal property has been tastefully restored. The villa stands in a magnificent landscaped park in the middle of the vineyards of Château Minuty, with no one around, while being only a few minutes from St Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne. The villa covers approximately 300m2 in 5000m2 of wooded park. There are 6 independent bedrooms.
You will spend your evenings with family or friends near the swimming pool, in the interior courtyard, next to the vegetable garden, or in the shade of the pétanque court ... Pleasant terracotta floors provide freshness and the house offers Provencal decor blending modernity with the charm of the 1950s. Outside, the swimming pool and its spectacular views over the countryside and the vineyards form a most pleasant panorama.
The villa covers approximately 300m2, nestled in 5000m2 of wooded park.
The 6 bedrooms are all with air conditioning, and all tastefully decorated in a Provencal style from the 50s. Five of them have an en-suite bathroom.
There are 2 additional bedrooms in the basement (no A/C), for the staff, which share a bathroom. Ideal for a nanny or a chef.
Located on the ground floor of the villa, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances you might need and is very easily operated by a professional chef.
Living room and dining room are located on the ground floor of the villa and overlook the swimming pool, the terrace, the interior courtyard and the pergola under which you can dine al fresco.
Early in the morning, the sun will quietly wake you up with the first rays illuminating the villa. In the south garden, you will rest peacefully, enjoying the breathtaking view over the vineyards of Château Minuty, soothed by the sound of a small fountain with the gentle sound of which you can rest or pick figs.
In the inner courtyard, you will have the chance to dine in the open air to the melodious sound of the main fountain, sublime in its green setting, while looking at the vegetable garden where you can pick up tomatoes, zucchini and other fruits and vegetables.
Salt treated swimming pool. The pool is heated on request (charge additional). Size is 6m x 12m. Depth from 50cm to 2.20m.
