This represents 320 square meters of living space and 200 square meters of outdoor living spaces, all on 4 800 square meters of wooded and landscaped land of Mediterranean essences overlooking the vineyards of the Belle Isnarde hill (dominant sea view of the Baie des Canoubiers and Château Borelli).
The German designer Hans Peter Proff, whose reputation is well established, is in charge of the villa's decoration. He is notably responsible for the development of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Prague and the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Montreal. The interiors of Villa Vicara offer a fusion of Bohemian chic inspiration, Italian designer furniture and an ethnic touch, all in a Provencal environment.
The villa is equipped with an alarm system and remote surveillance, fibre optic internet and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The main villa of 110 square meters has several living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms and the independent guest house offers a double bedroom with private bathroom.
The property has 5 parking spaces, large carefully designed outdoor living areas with sea views and a Mediterranean garden.
Guests can enjoy an outdoor lounge, a covered outdoor dining room, a bar and barbecue, a pétanque area, a pergola and a Moroccan lounge as a SPA and massage area.
The villa also has a covered gym with AC and a free-form heated outdoor pool 12m x 5m, with pool house, sun-beds and parasols.
A Concierge is available for the guest 24/24, 7/7. This person is on site several hours a day and can be reached by email or mobile phone at any time.
A Housekeeper, available from 8.00 am for 6.5 hours a day, 7 days a week, takes care of breakfast, cleaning and laundry.
