This exclusive villa, which benefits direct access to the sea, with magnificent views in the very elite Domaine of “La Reserve” near Ramatuelle with
access to the Hotel Spa with Spa & Fitness area/ Health & Wellness/Massages/ Restaurant & Bar/ Beach club. Pampelonne’s famous beach clubs and trendy St Tropez are only 10 minutes’ drive away.
The ground floor of the villa all open onto fantastic views of the sea and a delightful lawn garden with shrubs. The tasteful interiors have large bay windows leading onto a terrace with loungers, tiled floors and white modern furnishings. The spacious airy living room with ample seating, open fireplace, it has a wide plasma screen TV and sound system for indoor and outdoor living.
The kitchen has all the modern equipment and facilities, there is a beautiful dining table and comfortable chairs to separating the kitchen from the living area with a couple of steps down. On this ground level, there is also a laundry room, storage room, as well as a guest WC.
A master suite with double bed, TV ,with bay windows and beautiful sea views, en-suite large walk in shower room with WC and double washbasin.
On the first floor three further double bedrooms, two of which have a small terrace and views of the sea. There is a two separate bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC.
There is a covered terrace with wooden table and chairs to lunch or dine “al fresco”, and, to the side of the property steps leading to a small path running alongside the sea.
In front of the villa is a lawn with the pool 10m x 3m spillover heated pool and to the rear of the villa ample parking
The property is also just at 6 minutes’ drive to Pampelonne bay and 12 minutes drive to St-Tropez Village so it’s not possible to feel bored in this area with St Tropez’s where they are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife sports clubs and medieval towns to explore such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle and the nearest beach being just a 5/6-minutes drive from the property with it’s golden sandy stretches of Pampelonne beach, with the numerous famous beach restaurants such as Club 55, Tropezina, Moorea to name a few.
