This fantastic property immersed in the countryside is located on the Tuscany/Umbria border and it can accommodate up to sleeps 8 comfortably, all en-suite in a beautifully restored and furnished home, perfectly equipped for family holidays. Extremely private and quiet, yet accessible property surrounded by olive groves, gardens, and protected forests. It has a beautiful pool which is set higher than the house (situated up a flight of steps).

On the ground floor of the Casale has an entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, cloakroom with WC  & on the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom (not joinable) and 4 en-suite bathroom with shower
accommodating up to 8 guests. Outside there is the private swimming pool 13 x 6 m with a variable depth from 1.50 m – 3.00 m   Gazebo, barbecue and pizza oven.  

Inside the Dining room leading onto a large covered terrace overlooking olive groves

(whose trees can be lit with garden lights in the evening), with large, brick barbecue, two separate dining areas,  working wood-fired pizza oven, and drinks fridge. Spacious eat-in kitchen leading onto wisteria-clad outdoor breakfast area. Formal drawing room with large fireplace, piano, and games area.
The four bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom of which all with shower and two bedrooms are equipped with balcony areas are set all on the first floor.

Family games are a speciality with table tennis, Bowles, swing ball, croquet, table football,

and plenty of indoor games. Wrought-iron stair gates on stairs.

The outdoor area covers an area bigger than one hectare, consisting of garden with lawn,  entrance to the property, the swimming pool area and many routes in the wood ideal for walking in the  nature.
A large dining outdoor area is available and allows guests to enjoy of al ‘fresco’s meal using  the large barbecue and the dining table.
At about 50 metres from the house, on a upper lever with a view there is the panoramic swimming pool. It has a rectangular shape and measures 13m x 6m with a variable depth of 1,50 to 3,00 m. It has chlorine depuration and the pool area is equipped with shaded gazebo area, diving board, sun beds and sun chairs. Stunning covered terrace for lunches and suppers or just general lounging, BBQ and pizza oven
