Pretty house style Dar, very quite location in a 4-hectare park "Clos" guarded 24 hours a day, landscaped in the purest Arabo Andalusian style, fountains scattered in the park. A fifteen minutes from Marrakech it will bring you peace and serenity after you immersed in the most visited city of Morocco.

This Riad consist of 3 double en-suite bedrooms and a twin bedroom accommodating ideal 6/ 8 guests with an internal patio/courtyard gives everyone the sense of freedom. From the roof terrace you can enjoy a wonderful views between desert and the snow covered mountains.

On the ground floor there is the large patio/courtyard area with direct access to the large living room with open fireplace and sofas with doors to the private garden

To the other side of the patio/courtyard there is the entrance lobby, on one side a Twin bedroom with two 90 cm beds and on one side and separate small cloakroom with WC & with basin. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher and access to the patio

On the upper level are the two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room with walk in shower, basin & WC. On the upper level is the Master suite with a double Super King size 200 cm bed with en-suite shower room with large walk in shower with double basin & WC. Numerous cupboards. Small private terrace

Outside there is a private garden with covered area with seating area and a dinning table eating al fresco with BBQ. A private swimming pool 2.5m x 6m salt water filtration.

"The Clos" has the large park with mature gardens and has three large shared swimming pools with sun terrace and sun loungers one pool 20 x 9m with a shallow end for children & the other 4 x 20m

If a late arrival we will give you a code for the entrance and Nadia the governance will be there first thing in the morning to prepare breakfast
