The villa offers 5 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, an elegant high ceiling entrance and a comfortable living room with dining area, living area, opening onto a covered terrace facing the sea and the swimming pool. Outside features a large terrace with outdoor dinning area and views facing the sea and Cap Taillat with a heated swimming pool with steps, and ample parking.
Near by there is the convenient Tournels supermarket just 1.5 kilometres from the villa and the tennis courts of L'Escalet. Less than 4 kilometres there's the ancient and charming hill top village of Ramatuelle with its excellent selection of restaurants and famous summer music and theatre festival.
This Villa is located just a few minutes by foot to Escalet beach and near the Village of Ramatuelle with it’s many restaurants and shops and galleries, the evenings are very much alive with people dining and strolling along the pave streets enjoying the atmosphere. Every Thursday & Sunday there is a local market and in August there is the Ramatuelle Music Festival with different concerts in the open air amphitheatre.
St Tropez is just a 12 minutes drive, there are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.
Nearby with 5 to 20 minutes drive there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, La Garde Freinet & Plan de la Tour just to name just a few.
