This is an elegant three bed villa, located off a quiet cul de sac in Vale do Lobo. The beach and Praca are a short walk
Refurbished in 2016, there are two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen, the living/dining area, a cloakroom and a bedroom. On the first floor there are two other bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests
On the ground floor there is the living room which has a fireplace, a large corner sofa facing a flat screen TV equipped with cable TV, a DVD player and a speaker with Bluetooth connection. In the dining area there is a rectangular dining table which seats up to six. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven and toaster.
There is also a twin bedroom with 95cm beds with en-suite bathroom
On the upper floor another twin bedroom 90cm beds with shower room & a master bedroom with King size bed 180 cm bed with bathroom
On the terrace you will find a comfortable covered sitting area, a rectangular shape pool with large sun terrace with sun loungers and table with parasol. Garden with lawn & a built in barbecue with a dining table and to the back of the house private parking for several cars

Tourism development tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 € per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 € per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights). Payment of this tax will be billed with the balance of the booking
Guests must be returned the property in the same condition of check in, otherwise fees can be charged & deducted from the Security Deposit
