Villa Nore is just 200 meters with 360 degree view from the medieval ramparts of Carcassonne, this beautiful stone house will seduce you and offer you one of your most memorable moments with exceptional setting of the medieval city of Carcassonne, you'll appreciate all the facilities and comforts, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, large wooded grounds, fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, 5 bedroom Suites with king-size beds, pétanque court.

The house includes all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances & the huge central island dining area allowing to gather 12 people. The sunny living room offers a beautiful view of the pool and the Pyrenees. In the basement you will find a TV room and a games room with table football, books and board games.

The house is situated on a hectare of land, with a playground for children, a pétanque /boule court, a heated outdoor swimming pool 9.5 x 4 m Salt filtration pool

 and a Jacuzzi.

The pool is surrounded by sun beds for sunbathing and the Jacuzzi is heated to 36 degrees all year round so you can enjoy a relaxing moment in any season, all while enjoying the view of the ramparts. The pool is secured by an electric shutter.

Thanks to the various terraces of the house and their outdoor sofas or dining tables, you will be able to enjoy the sweetness of life in the South of France.

The rental of the house includes, beds made on arrival, sheets and household linen, pool towels, maintenance of the garden and pool and cleaning at the end of your stay.
