This unique property is nestled in the heart of a park of more than 2 hectares planted with palm and olive trees. The villa offers 2000m2 of living area. It is accessed by a large guarded gate leading to a private parking for 5 vehicles.

The villa comprises three wings, all fully air conditioned and heated in winter times, 7 en-suite bedrooms and is fully staffed with chef, butlers, maids.

The main wing is facing the garden and pool, includes a large living/lounge area with a bar, fireplace and library, a large formal dining room with fireplace where up to 20 guests may seat an dine, an outdoor lounge with a bar facing the 35 meters heated pool.The main wing includes also movie theatre room with lounge chairs and sofas.

There is a large fully equipped fitness room with TV is made available to guests.
The outdoor terrace includes a lounge area with fireplace and a long dining table for lunch or dinner.

The right wing of the property features the 6 suites.

The suites are all individually beautifully decorated. They all have en-suite bathroom with shower or bath, dressing room or dressing area.
They offer a sitting area with fireplace, TV with Apple TV in selected rooms, integrated music system, courtesy bath products, bathrobes, air conditioning, under-floor heating and a terrace overlooking a private garden area.

The left wing comprises a large and luxury spa comparable to some of the most beautiful spa of some Marrakech palaces.

The use of the spa is complimentary and the spa facilities can be accessed at anytime during the day.

The spa features massage rooms, steam room, a relaxing bath, a sauna, a spacious lounge and a salon de coiffure.

The spa is serviced by 2 professional beauticians present at the villa 12/24.

Outdoors there are 2 swimming pools. The main pool is facing the garden by the bar.

The pool is heated and can be used 365/365.

A second and smaller pool is located near the clay tennis court. It is not visible from the villa and includes a pool house with shower, WC and bar. It is ideal for children who can play and jump in the water without disturbing the peace of other guests.

Lunch is most often served in the shade of olive trees by the pool or in the shade of the terrace. Dinners are served in the dining room or on the terrace when temperatures are mild at night. The bar is "open" all day.

Your stay is all-inclusive. The chef will be at your disposal to prepare fine dishes of your choice. Wines, spirits and champagne are included.

The spa is always available as well as all the equipment of the villa movie theater, gym room, tennis)

The staff consists of fifteen people including a French manager, chef, cooks and butlers, housekeepers, technicians, gardeners and security guard.
