Villa Lhotse dominates the shores of Bin el Ouidane lake at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. The villa was co-designed by an architect and a renowned garden designer. The house enjoys uninterrupted views of the lake and the Atlas Mountains. The surrounding landscape is stunning with the blue lake standing out from the red earth and green shades of flora.

Villa Lhotse is a private property of 7 hectares of land which have been fully landscaped and planted with olive trees. The grounds surrounding the property are in striking contrast to the modern comforts of a villa and the refined interior decoration.

For the more energetic guests there is a light clay tennis court  and a Pétanque/boule court and for a gentle stroll a path down to the lake sore. Mountain bike trail around the property

There are 8 people work in the house. Daily cleaning. An experienced cook prepares all meals. Prices include full board for all occupants (10 adults - 6 children). Alcoholic beverages are not included but can be made available to guests on request.

Bin el Ouidane is about three hours drive from Marrakech or Casablanca. The villages of Bin el Ouidane (by the dam) and Ouaouizerth are 10 minutes drive from the villa. The two closest larger cities where pharmacies and doctors can be found are Azilal (about 30 minutes drive) and Beni Mellal (about 1 hour drive). A pharmacy can also be found in Ouaouizerth.

Morocco's most beautiful mountain scenery is visible from the house. Within 1 to 3 hours drive you will access outstanding mountain landscapes such as the Cathedral, Ait Bougmes valley...
