On the downstairs level is a staff bedroom with a small kitchen and for the maximum level of comfort for its guests the villa also boosts a high quality cinema, an indoor wellness/Spa consisting of a Hammam, Sauna & Jacuzzi and a Gym.
In the beautiful, landscaped garden you will find the heated swimming pool of 14m x 6m with sun beds, a bar and fridge, a golf practice with bunker, a second relaxation area with Jacuzzi and sun beds, helipad, and a Peténaque/ Boules court
The property has 2 entrances each with electric gate, a large garage for several cars and parking.
The property is also just at 3 kilometres to Pampelonne bay and St-Tropez Village so it’s not possible to feel bored in this area with St Tropez’s where they are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.
