Close to St Tropez and Bormes les Mimosas, 'Domaine de St Christophe' is a working vineyard estate that will delight lovers of nature with its great outdoors and its 3 houses that can accommodate up to 20 adults + children.

All the vines of the 'Domaine de St Christophe' are organic.

The charm of 'Domaine de St Christophe' is the perfect harmony between the perfectly renovated old constructions and contemporary furniture. This property is a peaceful and comfortable place while still being close to the edge of the famous Port of Saint-Tropez.

The estate consists of the manor house with its 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms;

A spacious loft settled above the wine tanks and a beautiful cottage with a 2-bedroom suite nestled at the heart of the vineyards.

 

In the Main House (320 sqm) it is full of charm with its antique furniture and old floor-tiles. Its charm resides in the perfect harmony between the ancient furniture and the conservation of the layout peculiar to old residences. The ceiling lights, the marvelous stairways and the house furnishing as a whole are a real enchantment. Charm and comfort are the key words for this residence.

On the ground floor is the main entrance hall, with guest cloakroom with WC, opens onto the kitchen to the right, and living room.

The living room with 3 sofas and an old fireplace opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool.

To the left of the living room there is a spacious study with a desk and a sitting area.

The spacious kitchen with central unit, dining area for 8, is fully equipped  with  an American fridge freezer, 6 burners stove, 2 ovens, microwave, plancha, Nespresso machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, chopping block...) and opens onto a terrace perfect for 'al fresco' dining  with a table for 8 and a with gas BBQ.

The dining room for up to 12 guests adjoins both the kitchen and living room.

The Master bedroom with dressing, en-suite bathroom and separate WC, is also situated on the ground floor.


On the first floor, following the entrance hall staircase guests gain access to the first floor and the 5 remaining bedrooms. Each of them are comfortably equipped and nicely decorated.

There are 4 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a children dormitory.


The Loft (80 sqm) is a typically contemporary and urban construction. Its large wrought iron windows face the main house entrance.

This additional accommodation has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Its spacious living room has been arranged with contemporary furniture. It has been divided in two spaces, a sitting area facing the fireplace with TV, sofa, and armchairs and a dining area with a table for 8.

This additional accommodation also has been equipped with a small kitchen featuring an hot plate, an oven/microwave oven, and a small fridge.


The Cottage (80 sqm) which is situated 5-minute drive (1km) secretly nestled amid vineyards in the middle of the vines, with a stunning view of the surroundings countryside.

This former sheepfold is an invitation to calm and relaxation. The stone of the Sheepfold gives its charm and character and makes it a place for relaxation and enjoyment. It will surprise you with its interior design that shows both a contemporary and cosy style.


It consists of a large light-filled living room opening onto the pool, a suite with two bedrooms and a beautiful open-plan bathroom.

With its private pool and outdoor Jacuzzi; and secluded location (separated from the main buildings), this cottage is perfect for those searching to be more independent and seeking for more privacy.

 

Outside the 270 hectares of vineyard and the outstanding view will achieve to seduce the huge spaces lovers and the oenology amateurs!

2 swimming pools:

One for the main house and loft: 9 m x 4 m, rolling shutter, and access by stairs;

And one plunge pool for the cottage.

Each pool area also features sun-beds, parasols, and garden furniture.

There are different 'al fresco' dining areas within the estate grounds with more or less shade.

 

The nearby village of la Mole has a small but well-stocked supermarket and an award-winning bakery that sells pies and pizzas. L’Auberge de la Mole, well known restaurant often frequented by celebrities which offers remarkable cuisine from the Périgord in a rustic setting. But the beauty of this location is the proximity to glamour’s port of St Tropez only 20 minutes drive or frequent some of the famous restaurants on Pampelonne beach.

 

Plenty of different things to do from golf, tennis, horse riding to visiting the hill top villages such as Grimaud, Gassin and Ramatuelle or for something different the well known chartreuse or Carthusian monastery of La Verne, high in the massif des Maures
