The Bastide “Cigalo” is 800 meters from the center of Saint Remy de Provence  (10 minutes walk) with all it’s amenities located in a quite area.

 

Bastide Cigalo compromises of 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms with with a beautiful heated pool 13m x 4.5m and a gym

The Bastide consists of a bright spacious living room with ample seating comfortable sofas and large windows onto the terrace. Under-floor cooling system TV and arch to the open plan spacious dining area and fully modern kitchen with door to terrace.  In addition on this floor there is small TV room including a back storeroom/pantry to the kitchen and a bedroom Queen size bed with its private bathroom

On the first floor there are 4 en-suite air-conditioned Queen size bedrooms with private bathrooms.

The Annex has and additional Queen size bedroom with bathroom and next door a gym with  several apparatus, treadmill and bicycles etc.

 

Outside the grounds cover an area of 3200m2 enclosed garden with lawn and olives trees , a magnificent heated swimming pool 13m x4 .5m with a depth of 1.60m with electric roller shutter and an alarm on request. The Large terrace with a pergola in front of the house with a large table that can accommodate 8/10 people eating al-freco with other terrace next to the Annex/Pool with comfy seating and covered terrace buy the Pool house with a gas barbecue. Ample sun loungers and seating with parasols  including a Table tennis and ample Parking , however not forgetting the Villas is just under 10 minutes stroll to the center of St Remy with all its amenities.

 

St Remy-de-Provence just over 800 meters from the villa which is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

 

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
