Villa Kamini ,“old Kiln” Villa is built on a hillside at Pyrgos picturesque village, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the island of Anafi.  The location is absolute private and the villa is protected from the indiscrete eyes. The services provided in this villa are of the highest standards making the property the perfect retreat for couples and families seeking quality time in an exclusive environment.

Two old kilns were totally restored and rebuilt in 2014 with respect to the Cycladic architecture using only eco-friendly materials. Elements of the kilns have been incorporated into the design and the big kiln is now the kitchen and the living room while the small kiln became a designed bathroom of one of the two bedrooms.

Both kilns stand like magnificent sculpture of this luxurious new Villa which is designed so that each room enjoys the same exceptional views. Framed as if in a painting and fully protected from the island’s strong winds the Kamini villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Internal the white minimal interior of the property with smooth curved edges and simple deco gives you a relaxing ambience and an enjoyable atmosphere. The views from all corners of the villa is uninterrupted no matter if you are inside or outside as the villa is built with the concept of having constant eye contact with the water.

As you enter the villa there is a majestic entrance designed totally by glass and Santroinian volcano stones. Villa Kamini features a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including oven, large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and large dining table for 6 people.

The large living room of the villa has a comfortable sitting corner with a marble and glass design dining table, LED TV, comfortable armchairs and a mural sofa that can accommodate an extra person. Central a/c with cooling and heating is also available in case you visit the villa in the winter.

Outside there is a private courtyard with flowers of 10.000 square meters with a private infinity pool, fantastic sea views, a shaded lounge area under a pergola and sun beds. On an atmospheric corner of the villa there is a BBQ area, a wooden oven and a large dining table overlooking the Aegean sea.

The symphony of colours of the sea and the sky changes during the day and comes to its peak at sunset time while the combination of local volcano stone and glass offers a unique and luxurious relaxing shelter. The lounge area is atmospheric especially in the night when it is candle lighted and you enjoy unlimited views from every corner.

The bedrooms consists of one Master bedroom with Queen size bed, and en-suite modern bathroom with shower. The private balcony is a comfortable outside seating area which offers breathtaking view and is only a few steps away from the infinity pool and the heated Jacuzzi.

Separate Guest house cave style for two persons, with separate entrance situated a few meters from the main house. This extra guest house features large living room connected to an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 4, Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, minimal style bathroom with shower, private veranda with a spacious outdoor sitting area with comfortable lounge chairs, sofas and outdoors dining area.

There is a 5 bedrooms option; Connecting doors connect this guest house with 2 comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms. Those 2 bedrooms share one private veranda.

The villa can be rented as 3 bedrooms and the connecting doors to the 2 extra bedrooms will remain locked or 5 bedrooms  the entire property.
