The master bedroom and its terrace overlook the garden, the pool and the sea, the remaining 7 bedrooms, all spacious and bright, are located on the garden level.The living areas are an invitation to spend time together, encouraging moments of conviviality.The large, immaculate living room with its fireplace, whose openings let in exceptional light, offers unequalled comfort.The same goes for the generous dining room, ideal for formal dinners. As for the sublime, fully equipped klein blue kitchen, it invites you to spend time cooking Mediterranean specialities or to invite a private chef to introduce you to the best local recipes.


Wellness is part of your stay at Villa Poa, and the fitness room with Technogym equipment and its adjoining sauna combine sports exercises with maximum recovery. After intensive sessions, it is time to enjoy the villa’s outdoor areas. The numerous terraces with lounges or tables for your meals allow you to relax for a long time or to use the telescope to admire the sea, the Esterel massif and the summits of the Southern Alps from closer.

You can also relax in the sunshine by the heated swimming pool, surrounded by sunbathing areas and lounges. Your sunny lunches can take place there, in the pool house with kitchen, bar and lounge. Afternoons may take you to the mythical beaches of Pampelonne in Ramatuelle, but the large landscaped garden planted with umbrella pines and century-old olive trees may convince you to spend your days making the most of Villa Poa and its unique setting. Young and old alike can enjoy themselves around the ping pong table, in the pool, at the table… Everything is designed to offer you a cocoon of well-being and pleasure.


The property is within easy drive to the port of St Tropez 3 km & to Pampelonne beach 2 km so it’s not possible to feel bored in this area with St Tropez’s where they are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife sports clubs and medieval towns to explore such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle and the nearest beach being just a 5/6-minutes drive from the property with it’s golden sandy stretches of Pampelonne beach, with the numerous famous beach restaurants such as Club 55, Tropezina, Moorea to name a few.
