La Maison des Deux Pierres a village house in the centre of Eygalières is an superbly renovated stone fully detached village house offering 5  air conditioned bedrooms with 4 bathrooms with a charming hidden manicured garden with the true feel of Provence life, and  with a large 12 x 4.5m swimming pool.

 La Maison de Deux Pierres is an oasis in the heart of the charming village of Eygalières 230 meters from the centre of the village  (under 2 minutes leisurely walk) to all the amenities, boulangerie, boucher, fromagerie, the famous cafes, excellent restaurants and the street market every Friday

 

The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the detached stone Annex “Maison d’Amis” has the fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

 

The main house consist of 106, on the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, television and, French windows opening onto the garden

A fully equipped kitchen-dining room with large fridge and freezer, with range gas cooker, Nespresso coffee machine ..., opening on a covered terrace with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining.

A small gate at the north of the property gives you quick access to the village centre through the olive grove, under two minutes walk. The Eygalières tennis courts are at 300m as well.

 

This region has plenty to offer, the lively village of St Rémy de Provence is just 7 kilometres a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

 

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence , is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 30 to 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
