property located in Les Salins area of St Tropez. The accommodation offers six
en-suite bedrooms, with wonderful sea views of “Les Canebiers” bay and easy
drive to Saint Tropez centre. The design is contemporary throughout with many
seating areas to relax or dine indoor and outdoor, while enjoying the views of
the sea beyond the beautiful swimming pool
The Villa
is all on one level consisting of an entrance hall with guest cloakroom with WC.
A large
living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas with open plan dining room, a modern
open plan American kitchen fully equipped with wine cooler, ice machine, large
fridge and freezer
Two master
bedrooms with King size beds 180cm on each side of the living area, looking
out on the garden and sea views. Both have en-suite bathroom with bath, shower,
two washbasins and WC.
One double
bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm, with views on the garden, to the other
side with en-suite shower room, single washbasin and WC
Three
additional independent bedrooms with TV screen, en-suite shower room,
washbasin, and WC to the back of the villa one has a 180cm bed or “King
size”, the other two have 160cm beds or “Queen size”.
Out side
there is a large teak terrace with outdoor dining area and comfy
seating area and a couple of steps down
numerous sun-loungers and parasols around the pool with beautiful views out
to the bay of Canebires. There is a lawn
area and to the back of the villa ample parking.
This region thrives with all sorts of activities and attractions, white sandy beaches and spectacular coastal views only a few minutes' drive from the villa such as the Bay Canebiers and Plage des Salins
St Tropez is just a 5 minute drive, there are many restaurants, cafes, including
many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as
well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is
all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one
of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and
“the beautiful people”.
Nearby
there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle
and of course the famous Pampelonne bay with its famous beach restaurants such
as Club 55, all not to far away
