Etoile des Sables is a contemporary and luxurious villa designed by architect Helena Marczewski. The property is located in the Palmeraie of Marrakech. The house offers 1,000m² of living space on 2 hectares of fenced land near Ksar Char Bagh, where there is a beautiful small hotel member of Relais and Chateaux.

The villa is organised around a central courtyard equipped as a lounge. It blends organic qualities and an earthy feel of traditional Moroccan homes, with strong clean lines, a wealth of natural light and an instinctive relationship between inside and outside living. 

There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 rooms in a guest cottage & a spa area including a Hammam, massage room and indoor heated pool 8m x 3 metres with swimming against the current system.

Outside there is a large covered terrace with sofas and chairs, dining area with table for 12 people

The villa out door pool is a large swimming pool of 25 metres by 5 metres with a shallow range of 2 metres at one end

In additional domestic staff take care of the villa: maintenance of the house (garden, pool), house cleaning and cooking.
