Very beautiful Dar with neat interior decoration in Marrakech, 5 bedrooms including a bedroom with 7 beds that can accommodate several children, very large garden, heated swimming pool and house staff including chef and butler 

This is a magnificent private property of one hectare in the Amelkis-Al Maaden area. Dar Toozween is a 5 bedrooms house built on the grounds of a centenary olive grove with superb views of the Atlas mountains.
The villa is inspired by Moroccan decorative traditions and is a subtle blend of Oriental and Western atmosphere. 

The house is composed of 5 rooms. There is a large living room with fireplace, a dining room and a library on 2 levels as well as a large covered terrace overlooking the garden.

The indoors are luminous, elegant, comfortable and refined.

The pool and the pool house some 20 meters away from the house. Pool dimensions of 15m x 4.5m including two shallow water areas. Maximum depth of the pool 1.40m. Sun loungers line the pool deck.

There is also a adjacent kitchen equipped with a terrace so you can have a meal in the shade of a centenary olive tree. There are plenty of outdoor areas where you can enjoy meals by the pool and in the garden.

The staff available from 8 am to 10 pm during the stay is composed of a butler, a cook, a maid and a gardener day and night.

The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in bedrooms and the kitchen, and two ceiling fans and a fireplace-insert in the living / dining room.
Bath products (shampoos, soaps, shower gels ...) are those of the Botanika brand, respectful of your health and the environment.

Dar Toozween is 20 minutes from Jamaa el Fna square and the airport and very close to Al Maaden, Royal and Amelkis goff courses.

The bedroom has an internal staircase giving access to a large mezzanine also air conditioned with one double bed of 180cm x 200cm (or twin beds) and 3 beds of 90cm x 200cm

Bedroom 4: Double room  King size (or twin beds) 180cm x 200cm bed, access to a private balcony, bathroom in grey marble with a large shower, washbasin, separate WC. The room can be transformed into a convivial TV lounge on request prior to the stay and this is for the duration of the stay.
Bedroom 5 : Master double bedroom King size (or twin beds) 180cm x 200cm bed, access to a private terrace equipped with 2 sun loungers, black veined marble bathroom (large shower and bath), 2 washbasins, separate WC, large dressing room, fireplace.
