This contemporary villa “Villa Fasia” is located in the Palmeraie of Marrakech just minutes from Relais & Chateaux Ksar Char Bagh and 15 minutes from the city walls of Marrakech.

The villa features seven bedrooms (the villa may also be rented in full exclusivity with 4 bedrooms), large living rooms, a beautiful outdoor infinity pool, a private spa including massage room, steam room and heated indoor pool, a movie theatre room with a video library regularly updated and satellite program. Villa Fasia stands in a beautiful private garden planted with olive trees and palm trees.

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms, dressing area. Each room has direct access to the garden. Some rooms have fireplaces. The beds are King or Queen size  beds and two rooms have twin beds convertible into a double bed. High quality linens provided.

On the first floor 2 further double bedrooms with private bathroom, the same comfort and equipment as ground floor bedrooms. Each bedroom has a terrace. A further suite with fireplace and terrace overlooking the pool.

there is a large 30 meters pool with a shallow bathing area for children (Pool is not secured)  Pergola by the swimming pool for al fresco dining.
