Finca Mimosa is located in the south east of Mallorca, towards Cala d’Or, on the brow of a hill with views to Castle Santuiri and the mountains. There are around 15,000m² of private ground. The villa is newly built with marble floors and vaulted ceilings, whilst the large ‘L’ shaped living/dining room that opens to the terrace is a truly relaxing area (complete with I-Pod docking station, plasma TV and Wi Fi accessible). 

There is a well-equipped modern kitchen, perfect for family meals together made using local produce. Alternatively, the outdoor barbecue area and then dining poolside will also be a popular choice. The property has air-conditioned bedrooms, table tennis and a PlayStation 3. The impressive swimming pool (12m x 5m) has a child’s pool at one end and a Jacuzzi at the other. 
There is a roof terrace with seating also, perfect for anyone intending to top up their tans! Shops & restaurants in 5 kms, beaches 9 kms, Palma is around one hour away.
