On the ground floor a bright formal living room is comfortable and sophisticated thanks to its Persian rugs, original antiques and some family heirlooms, which bring an elegant feel and a personal touch to the room. Large French doors ensure this traditional room doesn’t feel stuffy and let you soak up the morning sun while enjoying the garden views. TV/ Media room features a large flat screen satellite TV, DVD and music system  and office room provided with everything needed to work while away from your office, if you really have to. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare informal meals. Guest bathroom.

On the lower ground floor a the professional spacious and modern kitchen, the wine cellar offering a wide selection of Tuscan wine a la carte, and the formal dining room with a generous table that can sit in style up to 18 guests. The dining room has direct access to the outdoor space through French doors.Laundry room and staff private quarters are on this floor.

The elevator brings you to the first floor, two suites with bath and shower, can either be king or twin bed and two  further bedrooms with shower facilities that can either be king or twin beds & one double bedroom king size with shower .

On the second two further suites with bath and shower with king beds.
