Villa Bellaria is a magnificently restored 18th-century farmhouse with 5 en-suite bedrooms, located just 10 minutes from Lucca, 30 minutes from the popular beach of Forte dei Marmi and 1 hour 20 minutes from the beauty of Florence. Its interior Tuscan design featuring pieces created by the finest craftsmen, is enriched by every modern amenity, both indoor as well as outdoors. The breathtaking 40-acre landscape of peaks and valleys, rolling green hills and olive groves can be enjoyed from the outdoor pergola and the flag-stone patio, or while sunbathing next to the panoramic private swimming pool.

First Floor:

The romantic atmosphere of the open living room is enhanced by the beautiful 16th-century original floor, wooden beamed ceiling and neutral colour of the furniture, fabric and wall paint, making the whole space relaxing and inviting. A series of arches define the different areas on this floor. Comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV and fireplace, spacious dining area, games area and, finally, the fully equipped kitchen.

The entire floor opens onto the terrace through French doors.

Second Floor:

Enjoy one of the many art books available on the well-stocked bookshelves. Bright spacious office/work room with desk and cosy sitting area with small flat screen TV and fireplace.

Bedroom 3: King size bedroom with desk/office area and en-suite bathroom with shower.

 

Third Floor:

Just outside the kitchen, there is a pergola - a perfect spot for dreamlike meals al fresco or to relax while enjoying the views of the impeccably manicured garden. Endless views of olive trees, vineyards, orchards, and even the leaning tower of Pisa on a clear day.

North of Lucca, the famous Garfagnana Valley extends for miles, a splendid natural vista of mountains and hills. Along the way, stop at the famous "Devil's Bridge"—legend says the Devil himself has visited this spot. A huge Halloween celebration is held here every year. In Pisa, the famous Leaning Tower awaits. Some say it is one of the wonders of the world, and all agree that a sight of the Leaning Tower is a must for all those coming Italy.
