bedrooms, located just 10 minutes from Lucca, 30 minutes from the popular beach
of Forte dei Marmi and 1 hour 20 minutes from the beauty of Florence. Its
interior Tuscan design featuring pieces created by the finest craftsmen, is
enriched by every modern amenity, both indoor as well as outdoors. The breathtaking
40-acre landscape of peaks and valleys, rolling green hills and olive groves
can be enjoyed from the outdoor pergola and the flag-stone patio, or while
sunbathing next to the panoramic private swimming pool.

First Floor:
The
romantic atmosphere of the open living room is enhanced by the beautiful
16th-century original floor, wooden beamed ceiling and neutral colour of the
furniture, fabric and wall paint, making the whole space relaxing and inviting.
A series of arches define the different areas on this floor. Comfortable sitting
area with flat screen TV and fireplace, spacious dining area, games area and,
finally, the fully equipped kitchen.
The
entire floor opens onto the terrace through French doors.

North of Lucca, the famous Garfagnana Valley extends for miles, a splendid natural vista of mountains and hills.
