In the heart of the Itria Valley, in the enchanting landscape of Noci, Borgo Querceto is an ancient 19th-century masseria transformed into an authentic, elegant retreat. It comprises five self-contained apartments with six bedrooms and five bathrooms, perfect for bringing together up to 16 guests in an atmosphere of charm and relaxation. The property features magnificent shared spaces, swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, summer kitchen, former farmhouses transformed into outdoor living rooms, organic vegetable garden and lounge areas. Close to picturesque villages and listed sites, this delightful property embodies the Apulian art of living, combining unspoilt nature, refinement and conviviality.

The interiors combine the charm of ancient beams, local stone and contemporary furnishings for a warm, refined ambience. Four lounge areas allow each group to meet up or enjoy a quiet moment.
Each of the five self-contained apartments has its own living space: three kitchenettes and two fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, coffee machine, all utensils), living rooms with satellite TV and Netflix access, fast wifi connection throughout the property.

Around the Masseria, every moment invites you to recharge your batteries: swimming pool 10 x 4m - Depth: 1.5m with sunbathing area, 4-seater Jacuzzi for relaxing, shaded terraces, organic vegetable garden with free access. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue and large dining table can accommodate up to 15 guests. Lounge areas scattered under the trees offer reading or aperitif breaks in a setting of olive trees and hundred-year-old oaks.

The parking can accommodate up to 8-10 cars.
