An intimate setting, truly unique. This sumptuous home is flooded with natural light thanks to its large bay windows, meticulously restored with their original lattice work.

Each of the bedrooms reflects the elegance and unique personality of this manor house. Featuring eclectic, contemporary British design, each room has been created by designer Sophie Bannier. The bold choice of motifs and colours, and the attention to detail in the furniture, create an atmosphere that is both warm and refined.

As soon as you enter, you are directed to the chic and welcoming guest lounge. Here, views of the ocean and majestic pine trees create an enchanting landscape. The fireplace, the centrepiece of the lounge, is flanked by two Chesterfield sofas upholstered in Pierre Frey's ‘Tara Natural’ wool fabric, with its wide stripes. Two toadstool armchairs, upholstered in a colourful Clarence House ‘Enchanted Animal’ fabric, add a tropical touch to the ensemble.

The grounds of a one-hectare park surrounds the villa, inviting you to stroll among the centuries-old trees and vibrant hydrangea beds. A pond and picturesque path lead directly to the beach, just a few steps away. The villa offers captivating views of the bay and, on the horizon, the legendary city of Saint-Malo. The terraces are ideally placed to enjoy a morning coffee or an aperitif at sunset, while the rustle of the waves and the scent of the pine trees add a note of serenity to this oasis of luxury.
