A peaceful retreat in Eygalières with 7 rooms located 3 kilometres from the village of Eygalières, the Mas de Branquay sits on a fully enclosed one-hectare plot, in a setting of undisturbed tranquillity. The property was renovated in 2025, with its Provençal character and authenticity carefully preserved, and offers 7 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

The beautiful entrance hall, with its high ceiling, naturally divides the spaces: on one side, a large living room with a fireplace and deep sofas; on the other, a lounge leading to the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchen opens onto a shaded dining terrace where you can seat up to 14 people. An office with a separate entrance and a TV area completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, five double bedrooms, tastefully decorated as cosy havens comfortable bedding, terracotta floors, private en-suite bathrooms… In the annexe, two connecting bedrooms, also en-suite, with direct access to the garden. Seven bedrooms in total, seven bathrooms, a house designed for group living, whilst preserving space and privacy.

Outside, the garden is beautifully maintained and features lovely trees and plants with lawns, lavender, Mediterranean plants, fig trees, olive trees, cypresses… The views are magnificent. The 12 × 6-metre swimming pool has its own secure area with a pool house. A barbecue under the pergola is perfect for al fresco dining. Relaxation areas are dotted around the terraces, ideal for unwinding in the shade of the jasmine.

You are 3 km from the village of Eygalières, with its terraces and Friday Provençal market. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, with its shops and restaurants, is a 15-minute drive away. Les Baux-de-Provence, the Carrières de Lumières, and the Estoublon vineyard are all within easy reach by car.

Avignon TGV station is 35 minutes away, and Marseille airport is a 50-minute drive away.
