Pass through the stone-arched doorway and you’ll find bright, airy interiors where sunlight spills across polished travertine floors. Nestled in the peaceful Santanyí campo, the villa offers an authentic sense of rural escape without feeling remote. The charming town of Santanyí, known for its vibrant markets and boutique shops, is just 10 minutes away. A short drive further brings you to Cala Santanyí’s turquoise cove, while other top beaches—like Cala Llombards and the famed Es Trenc—are also within easy reach. Palma’s cultural attractions and international airport are just over half an hour away, placing the island’s highlights at your fingertips.


Sleeping up to 10 guests, the villa features five stylish double bedrooms, including one conveniently located on the ground floor. All rooms offer en-suite bathrooms with premium toiletries, thick fluffy towels, and toasty underfloor heating. There are a further two guest WCs. The master suite boasts a freestanding spoon bathtub and a luxurious double shower. Bright and tranquil, each bedroom opens to a private terrace with views over the gardens and distant mountains. Plush king-size beds dressed in fine ‘King of Cotton’ linens ensure restful, uninterrupted sleep.


Designed for relaxation, the villa’s expansive outdoor spaces invite you to fully unwind. The 14-metre swimming pool is perfect for leisurely laps or cooling off under the sun, complete with a swan-neck massage jet and optional child-safety gating. Poolside loungers and parasols provide comfort and shade, while a ping-pong table and a sail-covered chill-out zone offer options for both play and peace. A Sonos sound system flows throughout the villa, letting you set the perfect soundtrack wherever you are.


The sleek, fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a joy—though you may prefer to cook alfresco in the summer kitchen, which includes a gas barbecue and dining area under the stars. For sunset drinks or a private moment, the rooftop terrace provides a magical setting.


When dining out calls, the nearby village of Cas Concos offers a couple of excellent local restaurants where you can sample traditional Mallorcan cuisine in a relaxed, authentic setting.
