 Located in a quiet residential area this modern perfectly presented villa with stunning sea views offers direct access to the sea in the rocky cove at the bottom of the garden via a path and steps. (Please note do take care with children, recommended over 12-year-olds only.) The villa is within walking distance of sandy coves, restaurants and boutique shops. The vibrant marina at Cala d’Or is just a short drive or a 20 minute’s walk from the villa and Portopetro is only 2km away.
