The seaward side of the property faces the bay, where rocky coastline tumbles into the blue sea. The views from the pool deck and terraces are breath-taking. Here, the infinity pool seems to merge with the blue sea, as it melts into azure sky ,creating a scene of endless sun-kissed blue.

Around the pool, you’ll find cool chill-out spaces, sun loungers, and soft sofa seating. Laze here to enjoy the view or soak up some warm Ibizan rays. A chic cabana on this terrace is the perfect place to watch the sun disappearing behind the headland at sunset & with golden pinks streaking the evening sky.

Closer to the house, there is an al-fresco dining area to each side of the property. One faces out poolside, so you can enjoy the sea views. The other is found on the terrace on the garden side of the property.

The boat is a SACS Rebel 47 (14+ metres) and has a platform that can carry the auxiliary Williams Jet Tender that not only allows to do all water-sports and entertainment in the sea, but also to board and disembark the boat in most places. The property has direct access to the sea and a boat dock to board the boat right in front of the villa.
